Terms of Service

This document outlines the binding agreement between ThumbnailPreviewer and its users. It details service usage, plan limitations, subscription terms, and acceptable conduct for all platform features.

Platform Usage & Policies

**1. Free Plan Limitations** Free tier users are granted 3 daily preview attempts for the Interactive Thumbnail Previewer (Tool 1). Access to the Advanced Keywords Tool (Tool 2) is entirely locked for Free plan subscribers. Attempts reset every 24 hours from the first usage. Exceeding this limit will require an upgrade to a paid plan. **2. Pro Plan Benefits** Subscribers to the Pro Plan receive unlimited daily preview attempts for Tool 1. The Advanced Keywords Tool (Tool 2) remains locked under this plan. Billing for the Pro Plan is charged monthly or annually, as selected during subscription. Cancellation policies are detailed in Section 4.

**3. Advanced Pro Plan Access** The Advanced Pro Plan provides unlimited preview attempts for Tool 1 and full, exclusive access to Tool 2. This includes all advanced keyword research functionalities and search volume density data. Automated queries and API access for Tool 2 are subject to fair use requirements to maintain service integrity. **4. Subscription & Cancellation** Monthly and annual subscriptions are billed in advance. All subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods. Account termination policies are detailed in Section 5.
